About US

Because your staff is the most valuable asset
Be aware, be safe, and be ready to act.

At Law Enforcement Training Solutions, our focus is to help companies and agencies become a better and safer place.  How many times have you seen on the news where tragedy occurs and wonder why people did what they did rather than what they should have done?  As members of the law enforcement community, we take great pride in our education and training that allows us to act in a stressful situation and not just think about what to do.  Why isn’t the public given training so that they can jump into action, too?  Through scenario-based training and discussions, we can help take the guesswork out of the problem and put your training into play.  We also train members of various law enforcement agencies to help keep them current with their knowledge, skills and abilities.   Our team is comprised of experts and practitioners with diverse backgrounds, experiences and certifications in the field of law enforcement.  The course curriculums have been created by graduates of the California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Master Instructor program.  Each course activity is created, tested and measured with predesigned learning outcomes.
