Student cancellations confirmed more than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class will not be charged for the course. If the course has already been paid for, it will be refunded. For all cancellations received ten (10) or less business days before the start of the class will be charged at full price. This late cancellation charge compensates Law Enforcement Training Solutions for the non-refundable costs incurred prior to the start date of the course.

Student No Shows: If a student does not show for the first day of class, there will be a full charge for the course.
