Our 8-hour online/remote course provides the student with the tools to successfully testify in court and provide the testimony and evidence needed to help adjudicate a case. Court appearances are a necessary evil for the officer and agent of probation, parole, and corrections, but an area where little training is offered. Using self-reflection and practical application, the students will not only be able to learn new skill sets but refine the ones that they have and before they have to appear in court.

Nonverbal communication
Verbal communication
Active listening
Personal presentation
Presenting evidence and testimony
Public speaking
Student Cancellation Policy: Student cancellations confirmed more than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class will not be charged for the course. If the course has already been paid for, it will be refunded. For all cancellations received ten (10) or less business days before the start of the class will be charged at full price.
