Strategic Communication (June 17, 2020)

This 8-hour course provides the student with tools such as active listening, building rapport with others, and the use of verbal and nonverbal communication. By creating better communication skills, your staff will be able to enhance and foster ongoing communication and exchange of information. This course also takes into consideration culture and religion when dealing with others in a work setting. This interactive learning course will allow the student to employ their newly learned and refined communication skills.

Verbal communication
Nonverbal communication
Building rapport
Active listening
Consideration for other cultures and religious practices
Use of tone and voice inflection

Student Cancellation Policy: Student cancellations confirmed more than five (5) business days prior to the start of the class will not be charged for the course. If the course has already been paid for, it will be refunded. For all cancellations received five (5) or less business days before the start of the class will be charged at full price. This late cancellation charge compensates Law Enforcement Training Solutions for the non-refundable costs incurred prior to the start date of the course.

Student No Shows: If a student does not show for the first day of class, there will be a full charge for the course.
