This course offers a detailed understanding of ghost guns and the laws that govern them. Students will learn about ghost guns, their manufacturing process, and their impact on society. They will study the current federal, state, and local laws that regulate ghost guns and analyze proposed legislation. The course will also cover the transformation of ghost guns into assault weapons and the implications for public safety and gun violence. Students will examine current trends in ghost gun creation, including the technologies and materials used, and the challenges of tracking and regulating them. The course will also cover the legal requirements for filing charges for ghost gun crimes and the role of law enforcement agencies and courts in addressing these crimes.

- Identification of a ghost guns;
- Current laws pertaining to ghost guns;
- Proposed ghost guns laws;
- How to transform a gun into a ghost gun;
- Current trends for creating and building ghost guns; and
- How to successfully file charges for a ghost gun crime.
