This 8-hour course provides the student with tools such as identifying the generation class that an employee or client belongs too and the general characteristics of that generation. This knowledge will help the student effectively communicate, understand, and effectively work with members of other generational groups in all settings of the daily work of any business industry.

Technology preferences
Student Cancellation Policy: Student cancellations confirmed more than five (5) business days prior to the start of the class will not be charged for the course. If the course has already been paid for, it will be refunded. For all cancellations received five (5) or less business days before the start of the class will be charged at full price. This late cancellation charge compensates Law Enforcement Training Solutions for the non-refundable costs incurred prior to the start date of the course.
Student No Shows: If a student does not show for the first day of class, there will be a full charge for the course.
