Tracy retired from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, where she spent 20 years as an Administrative Manager handling Workers’ Compensation, Human Resources, and other Risk Management issues.

Tracy possesses a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She received a CIT 3 Advanced Certificate of Completion for 40 hours of POST training from Golden West College’s Criminal Justice Training Center.

Tracy is an adjunct instructor at numerous academies and private companies throughout California. She is a graduate of the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Master Instructor Certification Course (MICC). In addition, she serves as a mentor to both the Instructor Development Institute and MICC students. She has been actively involved in POST’s Quality Assessment Program (QAP) since 2014.
