LE – Generational Gaps and Managing Millennials

Our 8-hour course provides the student with tools such as identifying the generation class that an employee  or client belongs too and the general characteristics of that generation.  This knowledge will help the student effectively communicate, understand, and effectively work with members of other generational groups in all settings of the daily work of probation, parole, and corrections.
