This 8-hour course explores the need to do the right thing for the right reasons and not just because we are you being watched. We live in a society where we are judged by what we do and what we represent; in essence, reputation is everything. Through an expansive journey of implicit and cognitive bias, the students will learn more about themselves and how they can make the best decisions for themselves and the organization as a whole.

- Workplace Violence
