The primary focus of our course is to help create a safer and healthier employee.  If an employee is too stressed or injured at work, not only do their peers pay the price with the potential extra workload, but so does the employer with the loss of work and finances.  We recognize that the employee is the first line of defense in identifying potential hazards at work and home, and through identification, remedies can be affected.

Through lecture, facilitated discussion and hands-on practicum, your employees will be able to properly identify, document and report potential safety hazards. This, in turn, will help mitigating injuries.  They can also learn how to take better care of themselves which can reduce the number of sick or missed work days.

Well-being is important on all levels and achievable for everyone.  It can be as simple as taking a standing break during the day, taking stairs instead of the elevator, taking a walk at lunch or a completing a full gym workout.  We will discuss how the simplest life-style changes can make the biggest impact.

Course includes training on:

  • Identifying and mitigating possible hazards in your workplace
  • Identifying and mitigating possible hazards in your home
  • Active shooter and disgruntled people
  • Cyber protection in the workplace
  • Cyber protection when not at work
  • Safety when dealing with repair people at home
  • Importance of personal well-being at all times
