This 8-hour course explores an overview of the evolution of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and community. Through a review of history and application of forward thinking, this diversity and inclusion training helps students create an environment of not only inclusion and diversity, but respect that creates higher productivity and higher morale. Communities included in this course will include Black, Indigenous, (and) People of Color (BIPOC); Lesbian, Bisexual, Gay, Transgendered, and Queer/Questioning/ (LGBTQ+); Elderly; and people with Disabilities.
