Our 8-hour course provides the student with tools such as active listening, building rapport with others, and the use of verbal and nonverbal communication. By creating better communication skills, your staff will be able to enhance and foster ongoing communication and exchange of information. This course also takes into consideration culture and religion when dealing with others in a work setting. This interactive learning course will allow the student to employ their newly learned and refined communication skills.
