Each brings a unique perspective, education, culture, or religious background to the trainings and we harness those unique qualities and make the best trainings possible.

Our co-founders, Mitch and Art, are graduates of the California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Master Instructor Curriculum Course (MICC).  They completed over four years of specialized training to be able to create and implement the best courses possible for law enforcement.  Both Mitch and Art were selected after demonstrating years of successful teaching and developing altruistic values of student learning. Using this same training philosophy, each course that we present is created with specific, testable outcomes that can be taken from class and used in the workplace or even applied at the student’s home.
